School Quality Improvement Index
核心 Districts introduced its new School Quality Improvement Index (“The Index”) in December 2015. The Index uses a new system of multiple measures to provide schools and teachers with more and better information to improve student learning.
The Index represents a set of fundamental shifts in school accountability, grounded in the shared values and continuous improvement philosophy of the 核心 Districts. The these reports contain a broader basket of measures including academic, social-emotional and culture-climate indicators, and are designed to help school communities identify strengths to build upon and challenges to address. Supports and interventions are focused on building the capacity of schools through peer learning and collaborative action.
